Zoologik™ FOUNDATION SUPPORT PROGRAM
The Zoologik™ Foundation awards grants of funds, grants of equipment, and equipment loans to support teacher training, outreach, curriculum development, and other programs that promote anatomy education. We also offer scholarships that can be used to cover full or partial tuition cost for our Education Program courses.
Grant/Scholarship Application Guidelines:
- Organizations applying must be classified as a 501(c)(3), or equivalent by the Internal Revenue Service. Anyone wishing to apply for a scholarship must apply through an eligible organization.
- Proposed project or program must be in alignment with the vision of the Zoologik™ Foundation.
Review Considerations:
- Sustainability--Sufficient local and other support exists to ensure that the project or program will be implemented and continue after the grant period.
- Capacity--Organization shows ability to effectively implement the project. Strong leadership and organizational capacity present.
- Outcomes--Potential for strong impact and clear evaluation plan with specific measurable outcomes that will be reported at the end of the grant period.
Grant Amounts:
- Grant awards vary and are based upon the discretion of the Review Committee.
Deadlines and Response Time:
- Grant proposals are accepted at any time.
- The Foundation acknowledges receipt of all proposals, typically within 30 days.
- The Foundation provides decisions regarding grant requests within 90 days of receiving the proposal.
Notification
- Organizations will be notified, in writing, of all grant decisions.
